Do you simply need a luxury hotel without any other planning? I now offer a Hotel Desk where you are able to book a hotel through a special online portal and receive special amenities and VIP treatment you would not receive if you were to book on your own. My partners will provide exclusive perks such as room upgrades upon arrival (subject to availability), complimentary daily breakfast, a hotel or resort credit, as well as early check-in and late check-out (subject to availability).

The JST Hotel Desk is a resource for clients to make hotel reservations for simple trips — when you know where you wish to stay, and the expertise of a specialized travel designer isn’t needed.
All JST Hotel Desk bookings are entitled to special amenities such as complimentary breakfast and potential upgrades through our luxury hotel partnerships. After booking, we’ll ensure your travel preferences are communicated so that your stay is seamless, and you receive VIP status.
Booking hotels via the JST Hotel Desk typically entitles you to special amenities, including room upgrades, daily breakfast, welcome treats, and hotel credits (usually $100) at our properties. Additionally, each reservation receives John Skelton Travels’ personal attention as we ensure our VIP contacts at the hotel are dialed into your travel needs and preferences.
Reservations via the JST Hotel Desk receive more personalized assistance and upgrade priority over most other booking channels, including Amex Platinum or other card programs.
Easy! You can search for availability, check room rates, and confirm reservations online using JST custom booking portal.
When you’re ready, click the “Book A Luxury Hotel” link above from a desktop computer. You’ll be redirected to JST’s custom booking portal where you can enter your search criteria. To view rates and availability, select your preferred hotel from the search results. Next, you’ll see available room categories, rates and your complimentary JST amenities to be included with your booking.
When you’re ready to confirm your booking, select the red “Book” button next to your selected room category. If it’s your first time booking, you’ll be asked to create an account, and once done, you’ll finish the reservation process.
If you’ve never worked with JST or used the JST Hotel Desk before, please complete your Hotel Desk Inquiry at the time of booking so we can advise the hotel and ensure your arrival, amenities and VIP treatment are as they should be! In any case, we’ll reach out to you after the booking is made to confirm it and request any other information needed.

Not all luxury hotels are available via the Booking Portal. If you can’t find one of interest, please submit a JST Hotel Desk Inquiry or contact us via email at hoteldesk@johnskeltontravels.com.

Four Seasons properties are not available through the Booking Portal, however you’ll definitely want to book via JST as we are a Four Seasons Preferred Partner agency, which means the ultimate amenities for you. Our Four Seasons guests receive upgrade priority above that Amex. If you would like to book a Four Seasons hotel, please submit a JST Hotel Desk Inquiry or email us at hoteldesk@johnskeltontravels.com.
The booking tool does not allow for bookings made within 24 hours of travel. Also, you cannot cancel or change a booking via the Booking Portal. Please contact us directly if you need to book a hotel last minute, or if you need to change or cancel your reservation. Email us at hoteldesk@johnskeltontravels.com.
We will be happy to assist with any additional services needed. We do charge a $100-per-hour Concierge fee with a 1-hour minimum. Please contact us at hoteldesk@johnskeltontravels.com.
If you are planning a more extensive itinerary with more than one hotel, transfers, guided tours, etc., you would benefit more from custom itinerary planning. We will handle everything from start to finish and will take care of every last detail. There are no fees associated with booking through the Booking Portal. However, we do reserve the right to charge for last-minute bookings or multiple changes/cancellations.
